We collect the information needed to create, issue, and manage wallet passes across your workspace.

Identity Data

Name, email, and business details submitted during registration or account management.

Pass Data

Information embedded in passes such as IDs, names, rewards, access states, or membership status.

Usage Data

Product activity, analytics events, and API interaction logs used for security, support, and performance.

Wallet Platforms

When a pass is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, we send the required payload to the relevant wallet platform. We do not access unrelated data stored in a user’s wallet.

We protect data in transit and at rest using standard security controls and operational safeguards designed for multi-tenant business environments.
